What You’ll Do :
As our All-Round Project Officer, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a vital role in supporting both project management and general administration, making sure our team feels supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
Project Support
Administrative Excellence
Organize schedules, maintain records, and streamline business development tasks, ensuring seamless operation across all team functions.
Team Operations
Facilitate a positive work environment by onboarding new employees, coordinating team events, managing travel logistics, and implementing smooth IT processes.
Your profile
We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks, streamline processes, and help our team stay on track.
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in administrative, project support, or executive assistance roles (preferably in consulting, sustainability, or a related field).
Exceptional organization and time management abilities with proficiency in maintaining project documentation and tracking progress.
Basic project management skills, familiarity with budget tracking, and task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and an adaptable approach.

Next Steps:
The deadline for applications is Friday, October 4, 2024. The hiring process will include a screening followed by an in-person interview, which will include a case study.
This is an onsite role, starting with a 6-month contract for 24 hours per week, with the potential for extension and increased hours.
